Workshop on “Industry Oriented VLSI”: - This event was held on 1^st-2^nd Feb 2018 in B. S. Anagpuria Institute of Management and managed by Electronics and Communication Engineering department.

Description of Workshop on “Industry Oriented VLSI”

A two-day workshop was organized by the department in collaboration with “Futurewiz, Noida” for the students of the 3^rd year on the topic “Industry Oriented VLSI”. The workshop comprised of theory lectures and practical lab work.
The Design Team from Futurewiz taught concepts of VHDL and Verilog to the students and the Xilinx tool was used to conduct the practical Lab work. FPGA board was introduced to the students. The students got to know about the future prospects of an Electronics Engineer in VLSI domain.

Practical aspects of FPGA domain were made clear to the students.

DIWALI FEST 2017

Diwali – the festival of lights – is the festival that symbolizes good over evil. The festival grades itself with joy, happiness, prosperity and spreads a positive vibe everywhere. S. Anangpuria Institute of Pharmacy, Alampur, Faridabad, celebrated this beautiful festival, on October 14 th , 2017 with enthusiasm and gaiety. The event was commemorated by the college dignitaries, Prof. Roop K. Khar and Prof. Shiv Kumar Yadav along with all the faculty members. The event began with the traditional lamp-lighting, followed by Goddess Laxmi Pojan, elicited by the students of the institution. This was followed by a number of other programs, organized by the students, which included various events like Room Decoration, Fashion show, Musical instrument playing, Singing and Dancing, Drama and what not. Designing of Personalized 8051 Development Board

Event Name: Workshop on “Designing of Personalized 8051 Development Board” Event Date: 16 Jan 2018 Designing of Personalized 8051 Development Board Description One day workshop was organized by the students of 3 rd year for the fellow classmates on Designing of Personalized 8051 Development Board. The workshop comprised of theory lectures and practical lab work. The theory lectures were followed up by Lab work wherein students did various steps of PCB designing like Sheet cutting, etching, tone transferring, soldering and components mounting. The final product was 8051 Development Board. The outcome of the event Leadership quality was inculcated in the students. Technical skills of the students regarding PCB designing got enhanced.
